
Chelsea attacker, Armando Broja, has uncovered the explanation for his choice to join the Blues from Tottenham Hotspur.
Broja impressed keep going term on loan at Premier Association club, Southampton, scoring six objectives in 32 matches.
The 21-year-old has highlighted in six matches across all contests for Chelsea up to this point this season.
The Albania global joined Chelsea in 2009 following two years in Tottenham’s foundation.
He made his presentation for Chelsea in the 2019-2020 mission.
Talking about his choice to join Chelsea from Spikes, Broja told The Players’ Tribune: “I went to a competition. The Tottenham [Hotspur] scout came to watch another kid.
“I happened to play well in that competition and I got top goalscorer and I got the best player at the competition, so they moved toward my mum and father before I even had some awareness of it.
“We moved over to the opposite side of the pitch and played the other group.
“We won 12-0, I think, and I scored 9. Straight from that point forward, the two Chelsea folks came over and said, ‘goodness, we need you.
“At the point when that’s what they said, I didn’t consider something else, I simply needed to join Chelsea.
“So ultimately that did occur, and I joined Chelsea toward the finish of U9s, the beginning of U10s, so I have been there from that point forward.”
