PSG only needs a point from their final two games to win the Ligue 1 title for the seventh time in ten seasons, but Kylian Mbappe’s future remains uncertain.
Real Madrid is waiting to find out if long-term goal Kylian Mbappe will be available for free next year.

Two ways Frank Lampard can setup Chelsea vs Newcastle to give Mauricio Pochettino head start

The PSG star has been heavily chased by the Spanish giants, but he is almost guaranteed to stay in Paris this summer thanks to a €90 million (£78 million) loyalty incentive. However, this opens the door to the French international joining Real Madrid for free in a year.
Mbappe’s current contract expires at the end of the 2023/24 season, but he has the option of a one-year extension. He must, however, decide by July whether he would commit to the Ligue 1 champions-elect until 2025, or whether he will be free to walk elsewhere.
According to the most recent L’Équipe rumors, Mbappe is likely to get his huge loyalty bonus for another season before leaving for nothing. It means he’ll only have one more chance to help Parisians achieve the Champions League triumph their Qatari owners want.
Last May, the forward stopped speculation of a move to join Carlo Ancelotti and co by signing a new contract with PSG, prompting La Liga officials to submit a complaint with UEFA about their European competitors’ financial losses. And the agreement grabbed a lot of attention because Mbappe’s monthly salary of £4 million made him the highest-paid player in the world.
He was also handed supervisory responsibilities, attracting criticism for his steamy behavior on the field this season. His scoring prowess, on the other hand, has been maintained, with him smashing the club’s goalscoring record this season by scoring 40 times in all competitions.
