Frank Lampard has been very impressed with Chelsea youngster Noni Madueke.
Noni Madueke has only appeared in three of Chelsea’s seven games since Frank Lampard took over as caretaker manager last month.

However, the 21-year-old winger is already demonstrating his abilities with two strong starts in a row.
After showing remarkable patience during his first few months as a Blues player, the left-footed wide player is now exercising his muscles on the pitch.
In the club’s loss to Arsenal, he scored his first goal for the club.
Lampard singled out Chelsea’s Madueke for special attention after mentoring him in recent weeks. He specifically noted the youngster’s personality as a significant characteristic.
“I think Noni’s a good example of an individual who was a clear talent in the first week of training but I wanted to see a bit more,” Lampard remarked, according to the club’s official website.
“I had that conversation with him, and he showed me more, and he’s come into games and shown me his personality as much as his talent, to come in, in a tough moment, take the ball, and show glimpses of his talent.”
With four games remaining in the season, Madueke must start the remaining games.
The English speedster is bringing some life and positivity to a Chelsea attacking line that has been lifeless this season.

His one-on-one skill is something full-backs despise. Furthermore, the £29 million (Sky Sports) winger is always seeking the ball and looking forward.
Every Chelsea fan has had sleepless nights because of the club’s terrible attack, but there is reason to be optimistic when you look at some of the young forwards.
