Fire guts Lagos plaza.

On Tuesday, a shopping plaza located on Ogundana Street in Allen Avenue, Ikeja, Lagos State, was engulfed by fire.

Social media platforms, including X (formerly Twitter), were inundated with reports and videos illustrating the intense flames and the efforts of the Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service to contain the inferno.

#waledaniel_ shared footage from the scene, depicting the chaotic situation as firefighters worked to battle the blaze and prevent further damage and loss of property.

The X user commended the prompt and diligent response of the Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service in their efforts to bring the situation under control and minimize potential harm to nearby structures and individuals.

As of now, the cause of the fire remains unknown.
