Fabrizio Romano has given one more selective update on the Christopher Nkunku to Chelsea transfer adventure, denying claims that the Blues have proactively focused on paying France worldwide a delivery statement at RB Leipzig.
Writing in his CaughtOffside section, Romano made sense of that, while Nkunku has passed a clinical with Chelsea and agreed on terms of his agreement at Stamford Extension, it is as yet not satisfactory precisely how the two clubs will agree on the conditions of the arrangement.
While a report from the Athletic expressed that Chelsea was intending to set off Nkunku’s purchase out condition the following summer, Romano says that the west London giants have not yet come to that choice, and on second thought look set to attempt to arrange a diversely organized expense with Leipzig.
Answering the most recent Nkunku transfer tales, Romano said: “I’m informed that Chelsea is en route to agreeing with RB Leipzig for various designs of the arrangement, and not setting off the delivery statement in June. This has forever been the arrangement.
“It’s completely fine player’s ally, agreement, and clinical.”
Romano added that he thought this looked like a “superb” possible signing for CFC, lauding them for gaining ground on this arrangement in what he sees as a troublesome market for strikers right now.
“I believe it’s a great option for Chelsea, in a troublesome market for strikers,” he added.
Chelsea unquestionably seems as though they need a major name signing front and center next season, regardless of whether Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang ought to be a good transient choice for this mission.
The Blues put enormous cash in signing Romelu Lukaku a little more than a year prior, however, any reasonable person would agree that it went pretty seriously, with the Belgium global now back on loan at Bury Milan.
Nkunku has looked gigantically impressive in the Bundesliga as of late, scoring 35 objectives in all contests last season, so could be ideal to come in as the drawn-out choice to lead the line for Chelsea.
