Chelsea suffered a brief setback on Wednesday night after they were defeated 4-2 by Arsenal at Stamford Bridge.

Although Timo Werner and Cesar Azpilicueta were on the scoresheet, two goals from Eddie Nketiah and one each for Bukayo Saka and Emile Smith Rowe were enough to condemn Thomas Tuchel’s side to a heavy defeat. Luckily though, games are coming thick and fast for Thomas Tuchel’s men.

Therefore, they’ll be looking to get back on track when they host West Ham on Sunday. We’ll have plenty to come in the build-up to that game, including any injury and team news updates.
Meanwhile, whilst there’s plenty to consider on the pitch, there is much to ponder off it as the club’s protracted takeover rolls on. And even though the Blues are currently prohibited from signing anybody new, with the summer transfer window rapidly approaching and the takeover beginning to take shape, attention will soon turn to potential incomings and outgoings.
With all of that being said, make sure you keep the blog locked throughout the day to don’t miss a single update.
